Blue Horizon Texas will host a Developing a Field Plan: Voter Outreach with Small Teams, featuring 2024 Blue Horizon Outreach Director Abel Jaimes. Abel is a rural Texan and field organizer extraordinaire, who has worked on campaigns in the Texas Hill Country, city of San Antonio, and most recently served as a lead organizer on a winning campaign for Virginia House of Delegates, successfully flipping a Republican-held seat.
