It Starts with Community: Running for Local Office

In a joint webinar with Run for Something (RFS), we discuss running for  local office and gearing up to recruit school board and municipal candidates for November nonpartisan races. Featuring Brandon Turner, Senior Regional Director at RFS, and Kaila Stovall, a Blue Horizon Texas community member and RFS-endorsed candidate for Comal ISD Board of Trustees. This webinar is intended for county chairs,  community organizers, and up-ticket candidates who would like to learn how they can proactively recruit local community leaders to take the next step to run for office, as well as individuals who are considering  such a run themselves. We'll cover candidate resources available through Run for Something and the Blue Horizon Texas network.
