Nicolette is a former candidate for Alamo Colleges Board of Trustees and current president of the Bexar County Young Dems. She works as a Community Engagement Manager at Asian Texans for Justice, where she brings a wealth of experience and passion to her work.

Michelle is a long-time progressive activist and organizer. She is the former Texas State Director for Run for Something and has worked on state and national campaigns including Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, and Wendy Davis.

Bruce is a Co-Founder and Principal of Harbour Bridge Ventures, with over fifty years of executive management, entrepreneurial, and nonprofit leadership experience. Bruce is a lifelong progressive Democrat and Social Justice activist.

Advisory Board
Our Advisory Board consists of a broad range of leaders in the Texas Democratic coalition. They have deep experience and knowledge of the existing Democratic Party and progressive infrastructure as elected officials and candidates, campaign staffers, grassroots organizers, and leaders of party organizations and allied groups. Representing the diversity of their communities, they help identify existing problems and gaps and propose potential solutions for candidates running in red and underinvested districts across the state.
