Spencer Bounds (he/him/his) is a former candidate for Texas State House in Midland.

He has been a leader in the Texas Democratic Party (TDP), Texas Young Democrats (TYD),  and Young Democrats of America (YDA), serving in positions such as TDP Executive Committeeman, TYD Membership Director and Rural Caucus Chair and YDA Secretary of the South-Central Region and Rural Caucus Policy Director.

Spencer is currently a student at Angelo State University in Interdisciplinary Studies.
