Candidates to be proud of: Round 1 Endorsements

Today Democrats from across Texas gather in Corpus Christi for our state party convention. It not only serves an important function in guiding the direction of the party, but it's also an opportunity to connect candidates, party officials, and grassroots organizers and activists from across Texas.

It's a chance to come together, build coalitions, and head into November with a shared purpose of lifting up every Democratic from the very top of the ticket to the smallest downballot race.

At Blue Horizon, we know the power of grassroots organizing and that the path to winning statewide seats all starts with having an army of well-prepared downballot candidates. Blue Horizon Texas PAC is excited to announce our first round of Candidate Endorsements for the 2026 General Election—17 candidates who are building the kind of campaigns that we all can be proud of.

These candidates are often the only voices in their communities speaking up for democracy, compassion, and inclusion of their diverse communities. At the same time, they all have an actionable plan to move the needle in their own districts.
